Hampshire Insulations produced an exact scale model of an NFL American Football Helmet, to go on display at a pre-match party, taking place at Wembley Stadium.

The Helmet was produced within 2 weeks, and is accurate to within 2mm of the model supplied to us, having produced 3D scans of the sample helmet.

The helmet was made using our brand new state-of-the-art Frog Mill™ CNC Machine, which is the only machine of its type in Europe, having being shipped over from Frog 3D® in Canada.

Having produced the polystryrene shell using the Frog Mill™, we could then finish the Helmet in a fibre-glass shell, which then allowed us to produce a very high quality sheen finish, just like the original helmet supplied.
